Error monitoring, configuring the database in case of deviations and making corrections, controlling the technical condition of equipment, the working position of switches and toggles, the functionality of light indicators, and the presence of seals on the equipment.

Routine service maintenance, planned preventive maintenance (according to the equipment manufacturer’s manuals), and checking automatic power switching from the working input to the backup input.

Laboratory tests related to FAS, including testing operational characteristics of metal fire ladders and roof railings, measuring the resistance of grounding devices and conductors, as well as measuring the insulation resistance of power and lighting electrical equipment and electrical networks. Based on the tests, protocols and acts are issued confirming the compliance of the facilities with established requirements.
