On September 26-27, 2024, the 14th Kazakhstan Legal Forum (KLF2024) was held in Almaty.
During the forum, Chairman of the Board of Olympex Advisers Knatov Bauyrzhan made a report on the topic “Current problems of administrative proceedings and proposals for eliminating gaps in the APK of the Republic of Kazakhstan”
The forum was held in an offline format and brought together more than 400 participants and 80 speakers, providing a platform for lawyers in Central Asia to exchange experiences, discuss current issues, and network with leading industry experts and representatives of the public sector.
KLF2024 covers key areas such as market regulation, corporate law and M&A, digital law, dispute resolution, subsoil use, ecology, construction, and also includes English Law Day and sections on contract management and legal management.
